AI and Entertainment Disclaimer

Effective date: 7 August 2026

Company Identity

The service is operated by SZLK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16843016, with registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. References to "SZLK", "we", "us", or "our" mean SZLK LTD unless a product-specific supplement states otherwise.

Applicable Products

This document applies across SZLK products. Product-specific service facts, data practices, prices, risks, or territorial terms appear in the relevant product supplement. If the documents conflict, the product supplement controls only for that product and only for the stated difference. Neither document limits mandatory rights that apply to the user.

Nature of AI-Assisted Outputs

SZLK products may use AI and related software to generate, summarise, transform, classify, recommend, or analyse content. AI-assisted outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, unsupported assumptions, or material similar to third-party content. The relevant product explains the purpose for which AI is used.

Permitted Use of Outputs

Unless a product-specific supplement states otherwise, outputs are intended for entertainment, self-reflection, creativity, ideation, drafting, research assistance, or workflow support. Users must review outputs before relying on them, publishing them, selling them, submitting them to others, or using them in any high-impact context.

Not Professional Advice

Outputs are not medical, health, financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, psychological, therapeutic, relationship, career, immigration, safety, regulatory, or other professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making decisions in those areas.

No Guarantees

SZLK does not guarantee that every AI output will be accurate, complete, original, lawful for a specific use, non-infringing, accepted by a platform, profitable, safe, or suitable for a particular outcome. This statement does not exclude mandatory consumer remedies where a paid service fails to meet a statutory standard or its description.

User Review Responsibility

Users are responsible for checking facts, rights, permissions, licences, claims, citations, safety, regulatory suitability, and platform rules before using outputs outside the product. Product-specific workflows may add review gates but do not remove user responsibility.

Third-Party Rights

Users must not submit content they are not authorised to use and must not use outputs to infringe copyright, trade marks, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, database rights, platform rules, or other third-party rights.

High-Risk Use

Users must not use AI outputs as the sole basis for decisions affecting legal rights, eligibility, employment, credit, housing, education, health, safety, insurance, government benefits, law enforcement, or other high-impact outcomes unless a product-specific supplement and applicable law expressly allow that use with appropriate safeguards.

Human Review and Challenges

If SZLK uses AI to make a decision with a legal or similarly significant effect on a person, that person will be told and can obtain an explanation, express their view, request meaningful human review, and challenge the outcome. Ordinary creative, research, or self-reflection outputs are not intended to make such decisions.

Model and Provider Changes

AI services and supporting sources may change over time, so output quality, style, speed, and availability may vary. If a change materially affects the purpose of data use, a main paid feature, or a paid entitlement, SZLK will update the relevant notice and provide any legally required choice or remedy.

Statutory Rights Remain

This disclaimer does not exclude any non-waivable right under consumer, data-protection, equality, intellectual-property, or other applicable law, or any liability that SZLK is not legally permitted to exclude.

Language Versions

Published language versions are governed to communicate the same rights, duties, and choices. If wording differs, SZLK will interpret the versions consistently, will not rely on an ambiguity to disadvantage a user, and will respect mandatory local law and mandatory local-language requirements.
