Terms of Service

Company Identity
The service is operated by SZLK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16843016, with registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. References to "SZLK", "we", "us", or "our" mean SZLK LTD unless a product-specific supplement states otherwise.
Applicable Products
This document is designed as the ecosystem-level legal text for SZLK products. A product may add a product-specific supplement for its service description, data flows, pricing model, content risks, or jurisdictional scope. If there is a conflict, the product-specific supplement applies only to that product and only to the extent of the stated conflict.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the product, creating an account, purchasing a plan, submitting content, or using any generated output, the user agrees to these terms and any product-specific supplement displayed in that product. If the user does not agree, they must not use the product.
Service Description
SZLK products may provide software tools, AI-assisted analysis, generated content, digital assets, workflow support, research assistance, or other online services. The exact service, included features, limits, and paid entitlements are described in the relevant product interface and product-specific supplement.
Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, ensuring account information is accurate, and promptly notifying the product of suspected unauthorized access. SZLK may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect users, systems, payment integrity, legal compliance, or other products in the SZLK ecosystem.
Paid Services, Renewals, and Entitlements
Paid features, subscriptions, credits, one-time purchases, trials, lifetime access, usage limits, renewals, taxes, invoices, and cancellation paths are governed by the product-specific pricing page, checkout flow, and refund/cancellation policy. A paid entitlement is not transferable unless the product expressly allows transfer.
User Content and Input
Users retain rights they already hold in prompts, files, text, images, business information, comments, or other content they submit. They grant SZLK a limited licence to host, process, transmit, transform, display, and store that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, improve, audit, or comply with the service and applicable law.
Generated Outputs
AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to third-party material, or unsuitable for a user's intended use. The user is responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, submitting them to third parties, or using them in business, creative, legal, financial, health, marketing, or operational decisions.
Acceptable Use
Users must not use the product to violate law, infringe rights, mislead others, generate unlawful or harmful material, bypass security, scrape or overload systems, reverse engineer restricted functionality, resell access without permission, submit malware or secrets they are not authorised to use, impersonate others, or interfere with another user or product.
Professional-Advice Boundary
Unless a product-specific supplement expressly states that a regulated professional service is being provided, SZLK products and outputs are not medical, legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, psychological, therapeutic, employment, immigration, safety, or other regulated professional advice.
Third-Party Services
The product may rely on hosting, database, payment, email, analytics, AI model, search, storage, security, or workflow providers. Third-party services may have their own terms, availability limits, data-processing terms, and outages. SZLK is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control, but will manage providers according to its privacy and security commitments.
Intellectual Property
SZLK and its licensors retain rights in the product, software, design, interfaces, documentation, templates, brands, and non-user content. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the product except as allowed by the product or applicable law.
Service Changes and Availability
SZLK may change, suspend, discontinue, limit, or replace features where needed for security, compliance, provider changes, product improvement, cost control, or business reasons. Where a material change affects paid access, SZLK will provide reasonable notice or remedy where required by law.
Termination
Users may stop using the product at any time and may request account or data deletion through the product's privacy request route where applicable. SZLK may suspend or terminate access for breach of terms, unlawful use, risk to systems or users, payment failure, or compliance obligations.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SZLK is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, decisions made from outputs, or damages caused by misuse, unsupported integrations, or third-party services. Product-specific paid terms may state a monetary cap.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer protection law in the user's location gives the user non-waivable rights. Local consumer, privacy, and digital-service rights may apply in addition to these terms.
