Seenoting Product Scope
Seenoting is an online pet memorial and AI-assisted remembrance product operated at seenoting.com. It lets users create memorials, preserve stories and moments, share selected memorial pages, generate interpretive pet portraits, and purchase digital 3D memorial assets.
How This Supplement Applies
This product supplement is read together with the SZLK Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie / Tracking Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Data Rights Notice, Do Not Sell or Share Notice, and AI and Entertainment Disclaimer. It records the facts that are specific to Seenoting.
Account and Product Data
Seenoting may process account email, name, sign-in and session information, profile and address details, memorial ownership, notifications, order references, and preferences needed to provide and secure the service.
AI and Service Processing
Seenoting may process pet names, species, dates, stories, epitaph inputs, letters, moments, uploaded pet photos, portrait preferences, and generated images or 3D assets. Relevant photos and instructions may be sent to trusted AI and digital-asset service providers to create the output requested by the user.
Payments and Paid Access
Seenoting may offer one-time purchases of digital 3D memorial assets at the price and in the currency shown at checkout. Payment details are handled by the payment processor. Seenoting records the order, payment reference, generation state, and delivery state needed to fulfil and support the purchase.
Delivery and Refund Facts
A purchased digital 3D memorial asset is delivered when the completed asset becomes available to the purchaser in Seenoting. If generation fails or the promised asset is unavailable or materially defective, Seenoting may retry generation, restore delivery, provide a replacement, or review an appropriate refund or other remedy.
Cookies, Privacy Requests, and Preferences
Seenoting may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, checkout, preference saving, product operation, analytics, and user-requested features. Optional analytics, advertising, or similar technologies should follow the product's cookie controls and applicable consent rules. Privacy requests, cookie preferences, and sale/share opt-out preferences should be submitted through the routes or contact methods displayed in the product.
Storage and Retention
Account, memorial, uploaded photo, generated asset, story, letter, moment, interaction, order, consent, privacy request, security, and delivery records may be retained while the account or memorial is active and for as long as needed for service continuity, delivery, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance, or audit evidence.
User Responsibility and Risk Boundary
Seenoting supports remembrance and creative expression. It is not grief counselling, therapy, medical care, or another professional service. AI-generated portraits, epitaphs, and 3D assets are interpretive digital creations and may be inaccurate or differ from the pet. Users must have the right to submit and publish photos and content, choose public visibility carefully, and review generated outputs before sharing or relying on them.
Material Service Categories
Seenoting may use service providers for hosting, account access, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, search or research support, storage, security, logging, and customer support. These providers may process data only as needed for the purposes described in the shared legal documents and this supplement.
